Brokers collect their commissions and move on. And you’re left choosing between cutting coverage and cutting jobs.
I started The Lank Group because I got tired of watching good employers get squeezed by a system that profits from their confusion. There’s a better way, I understand it, and I’ve spent the last decade proving it.
